Accessibility
A Site Everyone Can Use
VisaPlex is committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement explains our approach and how to reach us if something isn't working for you.
Last updated: 2 July 2026
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to find and understand information about visa pathways, whatever their abilities or circumstances. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a practical standard for the design and content of this website.
What we do
In building and maintaining this website, we aim to:
- use clear, plain-language content and a logical page structure;
- provide sufficient colour contrast and text that can be resized without loss of content;
- support keyboard navigation and label interactive elements and forms so they work with screen readers;
- provide meaningful text alternatives for images that carry information.
Known limitations
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some content or third-party components may not yet fully meet our target standard. Where we find or are told about an issue, we work to fix it as part of our regular maintenance.
Give us feedback
